As we approach the final of the BSOP Summer Main Event, we are also gradually moving towards the conclusion of another tournament on the schedule: the 4K Second Chance. After intense days of competition, only 16 players remain to compete for the title.

The tournament is scheduled to conclude this Tuesday, January 27th. The chip leader among the 16 survivors is Sebastián Altieri with an accumulated stack of 749,000 chips. He is closely followed by his compatriot Jorge Núñez , with 709,000. Local player Michel Balazs completes the podium with a stack of 601,000 points.
Other Argentinians who are still alive in the tournament include Pablo Schmitz , who holds 389,000 chips, and Andrés Pereyra , who has a stack of 183,000. The rest of the competitors are locals.
All these players will reconvene starting at 2:00 PM to contest the final of this Second Chance event. Play will resume at level 16, with blinds at 6,000/12,000/12,000, and will continue until a champion is crowned, unless the organization decides otherwise.
