In one week, one of the best tournaments in the region returns. It is the High Roller of the Codere Poker Series, a tremendous event with US$150,000 guaranteed in prizes that will be played from next Tuesday the 18th to Saturday the 22nd at Casino Carrasco with liveblog coverage by CodigoPoker.
The High Roller proper will begin on Thursday the 20th. However, on the 18th and 19th players will have the chance to qualify through some of the satellites that will be played on those days. These will have a US$100 buy-in and will allow late registration until the tenth level of play. Those who succeed in these qualifying events will obtain an entry for the main event of the series.

The Day 1 of the High Roller will have its shuffle up & deal on Thursday the 20th. The tournament will have a buy-in of US$2,000, which will be exchanged for an initial stack of 100,000 chips to play 40-minute levels. Late registration will be available until level 16. The tournament will last three days, with the final day on Saturday, August 22nd.
In parallel, there will also be a US$300 Start Up tournament, a US$500 Knockout event, and finally, the classic Last Chance tournament, with a US$300 buy-in. This will be the tournament that will put the finishing touch on this new date of the Codere Poker Series, which is preparing to once again welcome the best South American poker players.
