A new dose of adrenaline is added to the ACR Poker tables with Bomb Pots, a format designed to break the routine of traditional cash games and take every hand to a more explosive level. There is no room here to wait for premium hands: everyone enters the pot and everyone sees the flop without betting.
This is how the Bomb Pots format works on ACR Poker
The format is very simple but completely changes the dynamic we all know from the game:
- In Bomb Pots there is no preflop betting round.
- Instead, all players place a set amount of chips into the pot before the community cards are dealt.
- The result: a large pot from the start and a flop that all players have the right to see.
- From that moment on, the hand continues as normal, but with much more pressure and room for aggressive plays.
Where and when to play this mode?
On ACR Poker, this mode appears automatically four times per hour at 6-max and 9-max tables, ensuring constant action within the grind. Although it does not apply to Capped or Blitz tables, it is available at all stake levels on cash tables identified with a special icon in the lobby.
To locate these tables, just look at the ACR Poker lobby and take a look at the daily schedule. For example, in this image we see that in the Format column, the icon and the word Bomb are distinguished within the Cash section:

Another key point is that all players must contribute the same amount of blinds in each Bomb Pot, so that there is equality at the start of the hand. Even those waiting for the big blind can enter the action before returning to the normal course.
A drastic turn in postflop play
ACR Poker Bomb Pots create an ideal environment for players who feel comfortable postflop. With inflated pots from the start, hands with potential like suited connectors or small pairs gain value, while the margin for error also widens for those who get carried away only by the size of the pot.
Bomb Pots appear as a variant that mixes chaos, strategy, and opportunities. For regular players or grinders, it means adapting quickly; for recreational players, it is a more dynamic experience. The truth is that when the Bomb Pot drops, no one is left out of the hand… and anything can happen. Have you ever played it?
