“My first thought is that I can’t even believe it,” he stated after his victory. “I reached the final table with the smallest stack and, well… I grinded. I chose my spots, played them well and now I’m here. Crazy,” the champion celebrated, incredulous.
Finally, Stefan ended up agreeing to a chop between three players when they reached 3-handed play, but they continued playing for the trophy, which ended up in his hands.
