An ongoing legal case
The situation adds to the judicial process he has faced since 2022, when he was accused by a federal grand jury of operating an illegal betting business and conspiracy to commit money laundering. It is important to note that the case has not yet gone to trial and that Yifrach maintains the presumption of innocence while the U.S. justice system resolves the process.

Among them, authorities claim that cash was exchanged for chips at a casino in Bell Gardens, California.
