Maurice Hawkins

United States
continues to grow his legend. The biggest winner of WSOP Circuit rings in history has won an event again and extends his record. The American player conquered the WSOPC Horseshoe Tunica Double Stack Closer event and raised his mark to 23 rings won.

The tournament that awarded him his twenty-third ring had a total of 127 entries. Maurice managed to prevail over all his rivals to take the title and the top prize of US$10,473. It is his second five-figure cash in less than two weeks, as he also recently won the Mini Main Event of this same festival for approximately US$25K.

Without a doubt, Horseshoe Tunica is a location that suits Hawkins well. As usual, Maurice used his social media to celebrate the victory.

“On my birthday, AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT TO MYSELF, I won my 23rd ring and a 10k seat to the WSOP Main Event for being Casino Champion. See you soon. I’m going to Disney with the kids,” Maurice wrote, accompanied by a photo of himself playing in the tournament.

This new victory allows Maurice Hawkins to further distance himself from Ari Engel

United States
, his main competitor in the race for rings, who has 20 of them. Engel had more rings than Hawkins at the beginning of 2025, but Maurice has taken the lead in recent months. Daniel Lowery
United States
also joined the race by obtaining his 19th ring in September 2025. Can Hawkins maintain his lead over time?
