However, the outlook changed drastically on April 28, when a Grand Jury decided not to file charges. That resolution forced the authorities to return the confiscated assets and paved the way for The Lodge’s return.

The reopening will also bring news beyond the tables. The Odds Bar & Bistro restaurant will disappear to make way for Frank & Margie’s, a new Italian-American food concept aimed at attracting both players and the general public.
