Tillman recognizes that a tournament of that caliber implies a higher volume of players, more re-entries, and a superior logistical level, but ensures that the key lies in the team’s preparation. Constant meetings, staffing adjustments, and meticulous planning are part of an approach he compares to that of a sports team fine-tuning its strategy in real time.
