Final table

The WSOPE Main Event already has its nine finalists and the conclusion promises to be explosive. After a record field of 2.617 entries, only one table remains standing with players who this Friday will go for the coveted bracelet and a prize of €2.000.000, the largest of a total prize pool of €13.085.000.

The action will be decided at the King’s Casino at the Hilton Prague

Czech Republic
, where for the first time a European Main Event champion will be crowned on this stage.

The main protagonist so far is Hengtao Zhu

Finland
, who dominated Day 5 -this Thursday- from start to finish. He started as chip leader with 16 million and finished soaring with 36.300.000 points in chips (91 big blinds), thanks to a day in which he hit hard and showed no mercy: he eliminated key rivals and even hit decisive hands like runner-runner straights and flushes.

“I am very happy and grateful. I know there are better players, but I try not to put pressure on myself,” said the leader, who is emerging as the top candidate.

But not everything was predictable. The big surprise is Thomas Eychenne

France
, EPT Barcelona 2025 champion, who went from being on the brink of elimination for much of the day to finishing second in chips with 25.825.000 (65 BB). His comeback included several won all-ins and an unstoppable run.

“I ran incredible… I won everything,” admitted the Frenchman, who arrives hungry after a recent bad streak and seeks the final stages to balance his year.

The partial podium is completed by Brandon Sheils

United Kingdom
with 20.850.000 points. The Briton, who was already close to glory at the WSOP in Las Vegas, made his goal clear: “The bracelet is what I want most in the world. I would even choose that over double the money.”

Everyone is already guaranteed €140.000, but the big story is different: the winner will take home €2.000.000 and their first (or new) WSOP bracelet. The final table starts this Friday, April 9 at 12

Czech Republic
, with blinds at 200.000/400.000 and a 400.000 ante. Nine remain. Only one will make history.
