Two of the great figures of Spanish poker meet again. Adrián Mateos
The origin of this particular duel dates back to the beginning of the year, when Mateos, Margets, and a cast of celebrities participated in the third edition of La Timba, a game with a prize any player would want to have in their hands: an entry to compete in the Main Event of the World Series of Poker (WSOP).
After two editions without victories for Team Winamax, the story changed in February. Mateos and Margets managed to surpass the rest of the field and ended up face to face in the heads-up for the title, leaving a battle between two players accustomed to competing on the most demanding stages of the international circuit.

Months later, Winamax decided to dust off that matchup and combine it with one of its most recognized contents: In the Mind of a Pro.
The result is Heads-Up, a proposal that introduces an important novelty compared to the traditional format. This time, the audience will not only follow the mental process of one of the protagonists, but will be able to know the decisions, reads, and reasoning of both players during the same hands.
This means observing a psychological war from both trenches: ranges, bet sizes, possible bluffs, and adjustments that often only those sitting around the table know.
With Mateos and Margets as protagonists, the experiment promises much more than entertainment. It also offers a rare opportunity to study how two elite players interpret exactly the same situation from completely different perspectives.
