WSOP Paradise changes everything: new venue, more ambition and an explosive 2026

The World Series of Poker confirmed a major change for one of its most important festivals: WSOP Paradise will have a new home in 2026. The event will leave Atlantis Paradise Island and move to the exclusive Baha Mar

Bahamas
, also in the Bahamas, marking the beginning of a new stage.

The next edition will be held from December 1 to 18, in a complex located a few kilometers from the previous venue, where just a few months ago Bernhard Binder

Austria
made history by winning the Super Main Event 2025, taking home 10 million from a record prize pool that reached 72M.

From the organization, the announcement was clear and ambitious: “The next chapter of WSOP Paradise arrives… Bigger. Better. Unmissable.” A statement that reflects the intention to continue raising the level of a festival that does not stop growing, even if it seems impossible to make it even bigger.

WSOP Paradise: an expanding festival

WSOP Paradise will have its fourth edition in 2026, after a debut in 2023 that had already set the stage with 50 million dollars guaranteed across 15 bracelet events.

Since then, growth has been steady. In 2025, the Super Main Event broke all records by exceeding its 60 million guarantee and reaching a prize pool of 72.275.000 dollars, the largest ever recorded in a single poker tournament, with 2.891 entries.

The festival is the result of the alliance between GGPoker, the WSOP itself and Triton Poker, and although the full schedule for 2026 has not yet been announced, there is great expectation for what is to come.

With the move, there is much more than poker

The change of venue is no minor detail. Baha Mar offers a luxury beachfront setting with 10 pools, a championship-level golf course designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus and more than 40 dining and entertainment options, elevating the experience both on and off the tables.

Additionally, the complex has history on the circuit, having hosted PokerStars events such as the Caribbean Adventure and the Players Championship.

Another point is that WSOP Paradise 2026 will be the final stop to earn points in the Player of the Year race, which now includes the series’ three major festivals and awards an additional 1 million dollar prize to the winner.

With a new venue, more ambition and numbers that keep growing, WSOP Paradise is preparing to take another leap and consolidate itself as one of the most attractive events on the world calendar.
